Run/jog part of Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials, including some of the familiar fences and water obstacles, tackled by the horses and riders the previous day. The cross country course is 3 – 3.5 Km of constantly undulating parkland and will finish at the highest part of the course along winners avenue. The historic Burghley course turf is prepared up to sports stadium standard, fenced off, levelled, watered and mown all year round and provides a perfect footing for the horses and our fun runners. If wet, some hoofprints will be on the turf but still plenty of untrodden track at the edges
There will be ample free parking, toilet facilities and refreshments. Any runners under 13 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Groups are more than welcomed. Please note that this is not a race.
